  I had 3 loads of laundry, heavy an light.i spread the loads to 6 dryers. Each dryer got 4 quarters.
  Brought em home to fold and nearly 65 percent of the laundry are still wet at about halfway each article of clothing. I mean each pant or shirt we're half way wet still.

  Dear owner....you have a red headed woman with a new puppy who has been using your laundramat to let her puppy run around..she is NOT a patron...she has been there the past two days i was there this week...i am recovering from a shoulder reconstruction and after 2 months i am finally allowed to get out and do my laundry.on both occasions this woman thought it was her right despite the heat to close both laundramat doors and let her dog run free...twice the dog dodged my feet as i as transferring my clothes and almost sent me flying..i am still in a sling and bandages!...she said if he does that again just kick him!!!!...i looked her right in the eye and said if i kick anyone it will be YOU and not the dog lady!...i am still in alot of pain and i dont want to redo a month and a half of healing because someone thinks your leash law doesn't apply to her..muchless her loitering and letting the dog scrap magazines all over inside and outside the laundramat and then he pees right at the entrance!....she was wearing a small flowery blouse and jeans and had her red hair tightly pulled back in a bun...about 45 years old and no vehicle....she asked all of your patronbs if she could use their chargers for her phone and then spent 1/2 hour in the bathroom..uhhh..again.not even a patron....i hope she isn't there with her puppy next time i come in...i am 66 years old and cannot live through another surgery like this!...the pain is grueling!...thankyou for running such a fine estblishment.i know you will handle this~...kat kelley
