  Have been struggling to get my money from a BofA cash card that expired and new one seems MIA. Went into SV branch to see if I could get further. Although Brian wasn't able to get me much farther than I had gone over phone, he went above and beyond to help. In a day where Great Customer Service is difficult to experience, I believe this gentleman knows the term, and is a valuable asset to this branch, as well as BofA, which lacks popularity in general.
